Kareem Saheed is currently factory engineering manager, Nestle Nigeria Plc, Agbara, Ogun state. I am a proven leader in engineering management with over 15 years of work experience in manufacturing industries (Started as Manufacturing graduate trainee with Seven-up bottling company in 2008. Worked as a miller in flour mills of Nigeria Plc and moved to power plant section of the company before joining Nestle in 2012 as production supervisor and rose to his current position as factory engineering manager for Nestle Agbara).
Saheed has played a pivotal role in energy cost management, engineering talent development and mentorship for younger engineering graduates. Known for his innovative approach and commitment to advancing engineering practices. He brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the event.
