Dr. Abiodun Omowonuola Adebayo-Oyetoro holds a PhD in Food Quality Control and Assurance from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. With over 27 years of experience in lecturing and research, she currently heads the Department of Food Science and Technology, Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. Her research interests include Food Product Development, Food Safety, Quality Control/Assurance and Nutrition. She has authored over 50 publications including those presented at conferences both locally and internationally. She is a member of The Nutrition Society (UK), Applied Microbiology International (UK), the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology etc. She is married with children.
