Omolara Banjoko is a dynamic, results-oriented marketing manager with a proven track record of driving business growth while delighting consumers across multiple product categories. She is a graduate of the University of Sheffield UK with a master’s degree in environmental and Energy Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Lagos. Omolara holds certification in Marketing analytics, Digital Media and Plant based nutrition.
Omolara currently serves as the Marketing Manager for a prominent dairy brand at FrieslandCampina WAMCO, Nigeria's leading dairy company. In her role, she is responsible for brand strategy development, portfolio management, and execution in the Nigerian market. With experience across various categories—ranging from personal care and NGOs to food and beverage—Omolara has successfully led diverse teams to deliver product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
Her career began at the British Council Lagos, where she worked as a communications assistant. She later joined PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, where she co-created brand strategy development for iconic brands like Carex and Imperial Leather. Her expertise spans marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital and traditional marketing, consumer insights, team leadership, revenue growth management, competitive analysis, customer targeting, marketing materials development, financial analysis, and project management.
