Greenville LNG

Stand number: 1K05

Greenville liquefies and markets LNG to manufacturing companies and power plants in Nigeria. The company has its liquefaction plant in Rumuji near Port Harcourt in Rivers state, Nigeria. Greenville gas liquefaction plant is equipped with three (3) liquefaction trains and a total capacity to produce 2250 metric tonnes of LNG per day in Phase I. Phase 2 of the project will include two (2) additional liquefaction trains, which will increase the total capacity produced to 5250 metric tonnes per day.

Greenville LNG supplies LNG to any location in the country with company owned fleet of 300 LNG Tankers and a network of storage tanks in Nigeria. This Virtual Pipeline ensures a steady supply of LNG to customers 24X7 all 365 days. Greenville is already supplying LNG to customers located in remote locations such as Sokoto, Kano, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Ilorin, Ibadan, Agbara, Lagos, Enugu, Aba, Port Harcourt and other places.

Greenville is establishing numerous Gas Hubs across Nigeria. The Gas Hubs will cater to SMEs and Autogas in the surrounding areas. These mid and smaller customers typically have power requirements between 150 Kw to 1 MW and other requirements. The use of LNG is substantially more economical than use of diesel and even lower than grid power and improves the operational efficiencies by >40%.
