The LZB-150-M3/S is ideal for cubic vacuum packaging of cashew nuts, peanuts, grains, and similar products. It uses gravity and vibration feeding to protect material integrity and ensure stability. Bucket-type weighing ensures high accuracy and fast speed. Two-sided vacuum bags replace traditional organ bags for full six-sided vacuum sealing at lower cost. Omron PLC and touch screen enable centralized control of weighing, filling, shaping, vacuuming, sealing, and conveying with real-time monitoring and user-friendly interface. Mold changes are quick and simple. The compact layout and right-side discharge allow seamless connection to downstream conveyors.
